What you will do

• Draft and negotiate enterprise commercial agreements, including MSAs, SLAs, and DPAs.
• Lead US data privacy matters, advising on state and international privacy laws and cross-border transfers.
• Manage high-volume contract workflows to prioritize negotiations and unblock sales deals.
• Partner with product, engineering, and security teams on the legal implications of AI capabilities and data handling.
• Develop and maintain negotiation playbooks to accelerate deal cycles as the company scales.
• Support corporate strategic projects, including fundraising and international expansion.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney admitted to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
• Proven expertise in negotiating and closing complex, high-volume SaaS agreements with enterprise clients.
• Demonstrable experience with international compliance frameworks (GDPR, SCCs, DPAs).
• Ability to manage large portfolios of concurrent negotiations and operate independently.
• Ability to work from the New York office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
