Salary: $264,800 - $331,000 USD

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and order forms with autonomous driving and robotics companies.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape business and legal strategies for the Physical AI unit.
• Negotiate partnership, reseller, vendor agreements, and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
• Provide practical legal guidance to sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to manage risk.
• Design and iterate on global policies and processes to manage legal and business risks.

Requirements

• JD and active membership in the California Bar in good standing.
• 9+ years of combined law firm and in-house experience in commercial agreements, data licensing, and intellectual property.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex technology or services agreements.
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts for business and technical audiences.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with legal issues specific to robotics or autonomous vehicles.
• Product or privacy counseling experience.
