Salary: $146,200 - $233,700 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute cross-border business strategies for travel and eCommerce across five global regions.
• Scale the hirify.global Destinations platform by defining value propositions for new global destinations and conducting QA on offers and experiences.
• Build travel persona strategies (e.g., expats, students) and prioritize investments across regions.
• Perform market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and track progress for senior management.
• Collaborate with regional, market, and product teams to ensure alignment with company goals and commercial impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of work experience, or an Advanced degree (Masters/MBA/JD/MD) with 3+ years of experience.
• Proven experience in strategic, product, or international roles within a global organization.
• Deep understanding of international markets, customer segmentation, and go-to-market planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
• Experience in consumer financial services and payments.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office at least 3 days per week.
