What you will do

• Lead the Final Pack team to meet critical area metrics and guarantee production plan fulfillment.
• Promote employee safety by implementing tools such as Proactive safety, risk place assessment, and LOTO.
• Align final pack operations with business strategy, optimizing resources and producing in sequence.
• Execute HR processes including training, feedback, and performance evaluations for shift and team leaders.
• Drive continuous innovation across production processes, reporting systems, and data visualization tools.
• Solve operational problems through root cause analysis and the implementation of LCI tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading administrative, operational, and technical employees.
• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience in successfully ramping up operations.
• High communication skills to build and maintain local and global relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
