What you will do

• Develop and maintain the site's 5-year Innovation and Technology Roadmap.
• Manage a balanced portfolio of innovation initiatives, from incremental improvements to transformational technologies.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies in automation, AI, robotics, and advanced analytics.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
• Create executive-level business cases to secure investment for transformational initiatives.
• Direct the development of new medical device products from initial design to market release.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate Engineering degree.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization (Sponsorship is only available for Principal-level roles and above).
• Demonstrated experience leading automation and technology implementation projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong financial and business acumen for managing multi-million-dollar portfolios.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma, DRM, or equivalent continuous improvement certification.
• Expertise in advanced statistical analysis (DOE, SPC, MSA).
• Knowledge of regulatory standards such as FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and GMP.
• Project management certifications (Agile, PMP).
