What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 11 people, including Industrial Leads and the Product Data Group.
• Shape the strategy of Global Industrialization by collaborating with the department's management team.
• Represent Operations in project steering groups to manage product development projects.
• Drive continuous improvement within industrialization and maintain product development processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with R&D, contract manufacturers, and other internal Operations departments.
• Manage budget and resource planning to ensure optimal project delivery and team growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership/people management role.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong ability to build professional connections and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
• Structured, results-oriented approach with a drive to finalize activities.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Product Development projects or Steering Groups.
• Knowledge of manufacturing environments, specifically collaborating with Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) partners.
• Working knowledge of Swedish.
