Team Lead (System Performance)

TL;DR

Team Lead (System Performance): Leading a diverse group of engineers to qualify and test DUV lithography systems with an accent on production process management and operational excellence. Focus on people development, structural improvement projects, and executing the lean transformation roadmap.

Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands. Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Veldhoven according to a 5-shift schedule.

What you will do

• Lead and inspire a team of engineers to achieve planned targets in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost.
• Manage people through selection, development, goal setting, and performance management to ensure high engagement.
• Initiate and roll out structural improvement projects and implement the lean transformation roadmap.
• Handle day-to-day and long-term resource planning in alignment with market dynamics and demand.
• Ensure Operational Excellence in manufacturing and adherence to standard hirify.global business and safety processes.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders and provide support for New Product Introductions (NPIs).

Requirements

• Technical Bachelor or Master degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in leading a team.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Experience in operations management and a strong understanding of business needs.
• Ability to work a 5-shift schedule (rotating mornings, evenings, and nights).
• Legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.
