What you will do
- Support quality conformance activities in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.
- Manage product non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Support Material Review Board and Corrective Action Board activities.
- Prepare and maintain FAIRs, inspection plans, quality delegation plans, procedures, and standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure quality compliance.
- Conduct audits, analyse quality performance, deliver quality guidance, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Mandatory aerospace or aeronautical industry experience.
- Background in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Conformance Management within manufacturing.
- Experience managing product non-conformities, corrective actions, quality audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of MRB processes and experience in highly regulated engineering or manufacturing environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
- Ability to work fully onsite in Belfast and meet applicable security-clearance requirements.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of aerospace supply chain quality processes and AS9100 standards.
- Experience with First Article Inspection requirements and supplier quality activities.
- Understanding of PFMEA, Control Plans, 8D investigations, and aerospace quality management systems.
