What you will do

• Support quality conformance activities in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Manage product non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Support Material Review Board and Corrective Action Board activities.
• Prepare and maintain FAIRs, inspection plans, quality delegation plans, procedures, and standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure quality compliance.
• Conduct audits, analyse quality performance, deliver quality guidance, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Mandatory aerospace or aeronautical industry experience.
• Background in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Conformance Management within manufacturing.
• Experience managing product non-conformities, corrective actions, quality audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of MRB processes and experience in highly regulated engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Belfast and meet applicable security-clearance requirements.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of aerospace supply chain quality processes and AS9100 standards.
• Experience with First Article Inspection requirements and supplier quality activities.
• Understanding of PFMEA, Control Plans, 8D investigations, and aerospace quality management systems.
