What you will do

• Lead non-conformance management and RCCA activities for reported production lines.
• Investigate product defects and provide hands-on support for corrective actions.
• Coordinate actions with production, engineering, supply chain, quality, and receiving inspection stakeholders.
• Maintain quality systems, records, and related administrative processes.
• Prepare reports and manage non-conforming parts in the PRB room.
• Conduct product measurements and inspections.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in non-conformance management and RCCA with demonstrable results.
• Strong shop-floor problem-solving and investigation experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and formulas.
• Experience with quality IT tools and system administration tasks.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, with a detail-oriented and adaptable approach.
