Salary: $170,765–$200,900 USD annual hirify.global salary, excluding equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Own the enterprise GTM roadmap for financial-market use cases, including trading, lending, and tokenization.
• Develop case studies, solution briefs, sales-enablement materials, and flagship video content for priority customer profiles.
• Lead cross-functional launches with Product, Business Development, Developer Relations, Communications, Legal, and Compliance.
• Drive competitive and market intelligence for enterprise crypto and represent enterprise customer needs in product roadmap discussions.
• Define and optimize metrics covering pipeline influence, partner amplification, launch performance, and adoption.
• Shape the enterprise marketing operating model and mentor junior product marketers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product marketing or GTM roles with demonstrated B2B or enterprise outcomes.
• End-to-end experience owning GTM strategies and launches for technical financial products with measurable adoption or revenue results.
• Fluency in onchain trading, lending, and tokenization, with the ability to partner with Product and Engineering on roadmap decisions.
• Cross-functional leadership experience in 0-to-1 environments, from strategy through hands-on execution.
• Experience marketing to financial institutions in regulated environments or building a sales-enablement engine for a BD-led motion.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight and measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
