Responsibilities:

- Define and execute end-to-end GTM strategy for features within Trading across global markets
- Partner with Product leads to shape roadmap priorities based on market insight and user behaviour
- Lead product and feature launches and drive lifecycle marketing to increase awareness, activation, and retention
- Collaborate with Growth, Brand, Communications, Business Development, and Support to deliver integrated campaigns
- Partner with Data and Analytics to identify friction, set clear success metrics, and iterate on programmes
- Strengthen MetaMask's reputation and support education, community, and influencer programmes

Requirements:

- 6–8+ years in product marketing, ideally within fintech, crypto, or high-growth consumer tech
- Demonstrated success leading complex product launches and lifecycle growth initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Strong strategic thinking and storytelling ability to translate complex product concepts into clear narratives
- Analytical, outcome-driven, and comfortable interpreting data to inform marketing and product strategy
- Exceptional cross-functional communication, influence, and project leadership skills
- Willingness to submit to background checks (employment, education, criminal record)

Nice to have:

- Experience leading GTM for perps trading and prediction markets
- Experience leading GTM to an Asia audience

Benefits:

- US pay range: $146,000—$220,000 USD (not including bonus, equity or other benefits)
- Compensation for candidates outside the US will be determined based on location, experience, and skills
