What you will do

• Set technical direction and lead the development of new ventures and products from initial concept to MVP.
• Translate ambiguous ideas into commercially validated MVPs within six months alongside cross-functional venture teams.
• Apply an AI-first approach to product and technical decisions, including identifying AI-native workflows and core product capabilities.
• Design, build, and maintain reusable internal AI tooling, applied AI infrastructure, architecture patterns, and evaluation frameworks.
• Evaluate third-party AI tools and vendors, make build-versus-buy decisions, and pressure-test emerging capabilities.
• Advise Accelerator founders and technical leads through regular technical mentorship and surgery sessions, while coaching the internal technology team.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering products in a fast-paced technology startup environment, including recent work with modern AI tooling.
• Experience with generative AI, agentic systems, and a range of technical and AI solutions.
• Experience developing and executing AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic advice while building secure, resilient, and scalable technology and data science solutions.
• Experience evaluating and integrating third-party AI tools and vendors, with sound build-versus-buy judgment.
• Ability to work across geographies, time zones, and multifunctional teams, and to coach others on technical topics.
