What you will do

• Develop agentic systems and orchestration layers to increase the speed of shipping features.
• Build "AI on Tap", an internal AI enablement hub for monitoring agents and analyzing codebase AI-readiness.
• Collaborate with QA and Platform teams to integrate agentic testing and verification tools into the deployment pipeline.
• Lead build-vs-buy evaluations and drive team buy-in for new AI tooling.
• Manage technical debt and CI/CD improvements to facilitate an agentic engineering future.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
• Strong proficiency in Unit and Integration testing practices.
• Proven experience in building agentic systems.
• Ability to drive technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on measurable results.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the London (Moorgate) office 2 days per week
