What you will do

• Architect agentic systems, including tool-use protocols and logic flows for autonomous LLM agents in complex workflows.
• Research and implement robust evaluation frameworks and red-teaming to mitigate hallucinations in regulated environments.
• Build agents capable of autonomous information synthesis and long-horizon reasoning for analyzing massive datasets.
• Optimize and adapt models for specialized use cases, including low-resource languages and GPU-constrained environments.
• Create automated benchmarks that define success for AI applications in the public sector.
• Act as a technical authority for public sector leaders on the practical limits and safety requirements of emerging AI.

Requirements

• Exceptional proficiency in Python and experience building agentic harnesses or AI infrastructure.
• Proven track record of turning theoretical AI concepts from research papers into functional prototypes.
• Experience in LLM benchmarking, red-teaming, or building evaluations beyond standard datasets.
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on ML is preferred.
• Must be based in or have the legal right to work in Doha, Qatar or London, UK.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in multi-agent systems, chain-of-thought optimization, and tool-calling reliability.
• Experience with sovereign AI, on-premise deployments, or highly regulated government data environments.
• Knowledge of inference optimization for specific latency or GPU capacity requirements.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in "zero-to-one" research and product directions.
