What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, managing work allocation and conducting technical reviews.
• Oversee the development and deployment of AI-driven business process enhancements using M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure Foundry.
• Architect solution approaches focusing on low-code/no-code components such as Power Platform and Azure AI services.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Solution Architects to ensure alignment with established architecture patterns.
• Champion best practices in secure, compliant AI solution development and responsible AI use policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering business automation or AI-based solutions using Microsoft technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate, M365, Azure Foundry).
• Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor technical teams and coordinate software/solution delivery.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services (Azure AI, Azure OpenAI) and the M365 platform.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solution designs.

Nice to have

• Power Platform & Copilot certifications (e.g., PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, AI-900 Azure AI Fundamentals).
• Experience deploying AI-driven solutions within enterprise business applications.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks for service operations.
