Salary: $131.8K – $166K + Equity

What you will do

• Partner with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases and own the end-to-end implementation of tailored solutions.
• Architect custom applications, templates, and integrations using Writer's platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph.
• Provide prescriptive solution recommendations to guide customers through the generative AI landscape.
• Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback that influences the product roadmap.
• Develop scalable processes and documentation to reduce customer time-to-value for technical integrations.
• Drive the successful adoption and expansion of AI solutions within strategic customer accounts to ensure maximum ROI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical SaaS roles.
• 3+ years specifically in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management.
• Deep technical fluency in Python and extensive experience with APIs and prompt engineering for AI applications.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence for interacting with C-suite leadership.
• Must be based in one of the company's hubs (San Francisco, Chicago, Austin, NYC, Seattle, or London).
