What you will do

• Manage and lead architectural design for specific life science projects as the Architectural Lead.
• Oversee design quality management and ensure compliance with technical standards and procedures.
• Lead multi-disciplinary A&E teams and coordinate with internal SMEs and Technical Directors.
• Develop project scopes, resource plans, and work-hour estimates.
• Engage in business development, proposal preparation, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Mentor junior and mid-level architectural staff while championing health and safety in design.

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience in architecture required.
• Degree in Architecture and active architectural licensure in practicing states.
• Proven experience in life sciences, laboratory, or high-tech sector in the USA.
• Detailed knowledge of USA building regulations, planning legislation, and cGMPs.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is mandatory.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex project lifecycles.

Nice to have

• NCARB Certification.
• Proficiency in Sketchup, Rhino, Bluebeam, or Adobe Creative Suite.
