What you will do
- Attract, screen, and submit talent to meet current and prospective demand.
- Execute outreach, screening, and interview goals to meet hire metrics.
- Manage candidate pipelines and status notes using Lever, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Develop and maintain data mining approaches using advanced search techniques.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand specific sourcing requirements.
- Research and engage passive talent using market-driven strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of professional sourcing experience.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage high volumes of candidates simultaneously.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience providing a consistent and high-quality candidate experience.
Nice to have
- Experience sourcing within construction management, engineering, or utility industries.
- Proven track record of working with senior-level executives.
- Proficiency with the Lever ATS.
- Strong relationship management and sourcing strategy development skills.
