Salary: $4,766.67 - $10,975.00 monthly

What you will do

• Lead full life cycle recruiting from kickoff calls through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and deliver strong hiring outcomes.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and social platforms.
• Conduct candidate assessments and screenings to provide informed hiring recommendations.
• Utilize recruiting data and market insights to influence outcomes and improve results.
• Represent the company's employer brand both internally and externally.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Must be based in the United States (Eastern or Central Time Zone).
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify and engage top talent.
• Consultative approach with confidence working with leaders at multiple organizational levels.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
