Sr Talent Advisor (Fintech)

TL;DR

Sr Talent Advisor (HR/Recruiting): Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for exempt and officer-level positions with an accent on sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation. Focus on collaborating with management to forecast staffing needs and improving overall recruiting department functions.

Location: Hybrid (2 days a week in office) in Fort Worth, TX or Detroit, MI. Must not require visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Execute all aspects of the recruitment process for exempt and officer-level positions.
• Collaborate with management to analyze and forecast staffing needs and strategies.
• Source active and passive candidates via internet, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Conduct pre-screening and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Handle contingent verbal offers, drug screens, and background checks.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in high-volume environments.
• Deep understanding of recruitment, pre-employment, and post-employment processes.
• Working knowledge of anti-discrimination laws and statutory recruiting regulations.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
