KYC Tool Configurator (Fenergo)

Location: Hybrid role based in Spain

Salary: €35,000–€60,000 per year

What you will do

• Configure and maintain Fenergo solutions, including client journeys, workflows, business rules, validations, and user interfaces.
• Translate business requirements into platform configurations while following Fenergo best practices.
• Participate in requirements gathering, design workshops, sprint planning, configuration builds, and release management.
• Collaborate with business analysts, compliance specialists, solution architects, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Perform unit testing and support SIT, UAT, production deployments, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support.
• Contribute to configuration documentation, internal best practices, delivery methodologies, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of hands-on Fenergo or FenX configuration experience.
• Experience with Fenergo implementation, upgrade, or enhancement projects.
• Strong knowledge of client lifecycle management, client onboarding, KYC/CDD, AML, and financial crime controls.
• Experience configuring workflows, rules, and client journeys and translating business requirements into platform solutions.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments and strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluent English required; the role is based in Spain with a hybrid workplace setup.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tier 1 banks or large financial institutions.
• Knowledge of customer hierarchies, legal entities, and ownership structures.
• Experience with World-Check, Dow Jones, or LexisNexis screening providers.
• Exposure to APIs, integrations, data migration, XML, XSLT, or SQL.
• Fenergo certification or formal training.
