Senior Functional Consultant — Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations

Location: Fully remote from Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, or Spain

What you will do

• Analyze complex business, service, and project processes and translate them into scalable functional solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, customer workshops, process analysis, functional design, and configuration.
• Advise customers on process improvements and solution choices, including challenging requirements when needed.
• Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 solutions and support testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
• Coordinate functional, technical, and integration requirements with developers, architects, and integration specialists.
• Identify risks and dependencies, assess change impact, and drive continuous improvement while delivering within scope, budget, and timeline.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations in real customer environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management, resource scheduling, time and expense management, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Senior-level functional consulting experience, including requirements gathering, workshops, process analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and customer guidance.
• Strong understanding of integrations, data flows, dependencies, and the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• At least 3 years of substantial Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement experience and sufficient technical understanding to collaborate with developers.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work full-time in a remote setup from one of the listed countries.

Nice to have

• Extensive hands-on Dynamics 365 Field Service experience, including work orders, scheduling, agreements, inventory, and mobile capabilities.
• Experience with PSA solutions, professional services processes, Dataverse, and the broader Microsoft platform.
• Multiple end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations, including enterprise-scale projects.
• Experience in international Microsoft consulting, organizational change, business process optimization, or AI-assisted development and consulting tools.
