Senior Implementation Consultant (SaaS)

hirify.global provides a commerce network and SaaS platform that helps brands, suppliers, and retailers manage e-commerce operations across multiple channels.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and solution design during late-stage sales engagements for strategic enterprise clients.
• Develop implementation plans, manage technical onboarding, and ensure effective handoffs to delivery and support teams.
• Own complex client implementations, including product data feeds, software configuration, REST and SOAP API integrations, and FTP connectivity.
• Provide advanced technical consultation, platform training, documentation, and enablement content for client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success while representing client needs in product feedback processes.
• Mentor junior client success engineers, improve internal workflows, and use AI for planning, troubleshooting research, documentation, and recurring deliverables.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing technical SaaS role focused on enterprise onboarding or solution engineering.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Deep experience with XML, TXT, CSV, and JSON product data feeds and FTP protocols.
• Advanced knowledge of REST and SOAP API integration and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Excel and HTML, with strong project management, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude to improve research, analysis, documentation, automation, and decision-making.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Five or more years of relevant client-facing technical SaaS experience.
• Enterprise client or e-commerce experience and project management experience or certification.
• Experience creating online technical training content and using remote-based training tools.
• Additional language proficiency and an entrepreneurial, proactive approach.
