Signavio Application Support & Governance Consultant (SAP Signavio)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations, governance, and support for the SAP Signavio platform.
• Administer Signavio users, roles, and permissions.
• Handle incidents and service requests related to Signavio.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate platform changes and improvements.
• Collaborate with SAP TAM, internal IT, business stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in BPM, process mining, or SaaS platform operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Manager, Governance, Process Insight, or Process Intelligence.
• SAP Signavio certification.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in agile, waterfall, or ticket-based delivery models.
• English required; the role is based in Barcelona with hybrid attendance.

Nice to have

• ITSM or ITIL experience.
• Azure AD and SAML experience.
• Experience with Celonis, ServiceNow, Snowflake, or SCOUT task mining.
• Basic Python skills.
