AI Director

What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-stream AI and data strategy engagements aligned with client needs, business goals, and expected ROI.
• Provide strategic direction, proactive problem-solving, project health monitoring, and delivery oversight.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities.
• Manage and mentor Engagement Managers while supporting delivery excellence and accountability.
• Support accounts requiring additional oversight and ensure smooth operations and client success.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in AI, data, digital strategy, management consulting, or a related field, including leadership of complex strategy engagements.
• Experience developing and executing AI and data strategies from vision and roadmap through implementation and value realization.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, data platforms, and emerging AI technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Strong strategic, analytical, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Data Science, ML, or Computer Science background, with experience building relationships with large organizations and C-level stakeholders.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, or Chemicals.
• Spanish, French, and/or German language skills.
