Consultant, Global Market Access & Pricing (French & English Speaking)

Location: Madrid, Spain; flexible remote work is available, with satellite offices in London, Berlin, and Milan.

What you will do

• Lead defined analyses and project workstreams across research, data analysis, financial modeling, pricing, and market access.
• Translate data, research, and market insights into clear client-ready recommendations.
• Coordinate with colleagues, track project progress, and support day-to-day delivery.
• Contribute to client communication, proposals, knowledge assets, and team collaboration.
• Support initiatives involving launch sequencing and pricing for ATMPs and orphan drugs, indication expansion, loss-of-exclusivity strategy, forecasting, and asset due diligence.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in market access and pricing, management consulting, or an analytical pharmaceutical role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to structure complex problems and translate evidence into business implications.
• Fluent French and English are mandatory.
• Experience or interest in global and local market access and pricing, with the ability to develop expertise in pricing, reimbursement, and access.
• Confidence with Excel and PowerPoint, plus curiosity about AI-enabled and proprietary analytical tools.

Nice to have

• Global or local market access and pricing experience, including France.
• Exposure to the US market.
• PhD or equivalent degree.
