Program Associate (Hospitality Operations)

Location: Remote within the United States, with occasional travel to hirify.global properties required for implementation, testing, and onsite validation.

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 starting base pay, with potential equity, bonus, perks, benefits, and travel credits.

What you will do

• Own assigned operational projects from kickoff through rollout, adoption, and follow-up.
• Rewrite and maintain SOPs and operational documentation to improve clarity, consistency, and compliance.
• Lead change management by identifying affected teams, training users, and verifying adoption after launch.
• Translate operational pain points into requirements for product and internal tooling improvements.
• Define success metrics, track operational outcomes, and deliver project retrospectives.
• Use AI and operational data to automate documentation checks, prioritize improvements, and optimize workflows.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or hospitality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across different stages and stakeholder groups.
• Experience rolling out processes or tools and driving adoption.
• Strong written communication, documentation, organization, and proactive stakeholder updates.
• Comfort working with operational data and measuring project outcomes.
• Ability and willingness to travel to hirify.global properties as needed; applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Exposure to short-term rental operations, housekeeping, or maintenance.
• Experience supporting product or tooling work with technical teams.
• Experience building trackers, dashboards, or lightweight reporting.
