Principal Product Program Manager (AI)

Location: United Kingdom – Northern Ireland (Remote-First)

Annual gross base salary: £82,000–£102,000, plus variable compensation.

What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent programs across different levels of size and complexity.
• Apply the Program Playbook to ensure technical capabilities are delivered and intended business outcomes are achieved.
• Establish execution rhythms, decision-making rituals, ownership structures, and reporting systems.
• Track delivery health, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and risks in centralized tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Use AI and agentic tools to automate RAID logs and synthesize status updates into executive summaries.
• Adapt program management practices to the experimentation and unpredictability of AI-driven development, escalating blockers and risks effectively.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in SaaS product development, program management, and release management.
• Direct experience with AI-driven development lifecycles and AI or agentic workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Ability to build trust quickly, mobilize teams, set direction in ambiguous environments, resolve conflict, and adapt rapidly.
• Experience with industry-standard project management software, including Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite.

• Deep knowledge of LLMs, generative AI, and agentic frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into practical program management strategies.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, collaboration, and communication skills.
