Principal Product Program Manager (AI)

Location: Ireland (Remote-First)

Salary: €93,000–€116,500 gross annual base salary plus variable compensation.

What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent product, development, and release programs of varying size and complexity.
• Apply the Program Playbook to ensure technical capabilities are delivered and intended business outcomes are achieved.
• Establish execution rhythms, decision-making rituals, ownership structures, and delivery reporting.
• Use AI and agentic tools to automate RAID logs and create concise executive status summaries.
• Adapt program management practices to the experimentation and unpredictability of AI-driven development.
• Maintain a centralized work surface in tools such as Jira and Confluence while managing risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in SaaS product development, program management, and release management.
• Direct experience with AI-driven development lifecycles and AI or agentic workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Ability to mobilize teams, establish direction in ambiguous environments, resolve conflicts, and communicate difficult messages effectively.
• Experience with industry-standard project management tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite.
