What you will do

• Maintain programme governance frameworks, standards, and controls to ensure consistent project delivery
• Manage and administer RAID logs, ensuring actions are tracked and escalated appropriately
• Coordinate programme and project reporting including dashboards, KPIs, and executive packs
• Support planning activities and monitor project performance against scope, schedule, budget, and resources
• Facilitate governance forums and steering committees including agenda creation and minute taking
• Track programme finances and support change control processes

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom
• Experience with programme and project governance frameworks such as P3M3, MSP, PRINCE2, Agile, and Waterfall
• Proficiency in RAID management, change control, schedule and milestone management
• Skills in benefits realisation tracking, resource and capacity planning, and project assurance
