What you will do

• Own the end-to-end tender lifecycle from market preparation to final submission.
• Establish and run robust PMO practices, including risk assessments, RACI frameworks, and milestone mapping.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Legal, Operations, Tech, and Content teams.
• Act as the internal authority on tender compliance and local procurement rules.
• Manage the logistical and technical preparations for tender demonstration phases.
• Lead post-tender reviews to strengthen governance documentation and compliance libraries.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in PMO, bid management, or complex project management.
• Strong knowledge of public procurement processes and regulatory frameworks in international markets.
• Proven experience with PMO tools such as risk matrices and milestone mapping.
• English: Excellent written and spoken proficiency required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or Public Policy.
• Experience in B2G environments or highly regulated industries.

Nice to have

• Additional European language skills (German, French, Italian, or Dutch).
• Recognized project or bid management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or APMP).
