What you will do

• Define delivery plans, milestones, and success criteria aligned with user needs.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and RAID logs to ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as the primary interface for stakeholders across business, technology, and product teams.
• Champion iterative delivery and continuous improvement of project management practices.
• Lead project inceptions and ensure all delivery artifacts are maintained and accessible.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work and live in the UK.
• Demonstrated experience delivering software projects in dynamic agile environments.
• Strong understanding of project governance including scope, budget, and RAID management.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Clear communication skills with experience managing stakeholders at various levels.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and iterative delivery methodologies.

Nice to have

• Formal accreditation such as PRINCE2, AgilePM, CSM, or PSM.
• Experience facilitating project inceptions or discovery phases.
• Familiarity with academic publishing or digital content workflows.
• Experience working with distributed or third-party development teams.
