What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of high-value enterprise software implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Establish and reinforce project management best practices and standards across the European business.
• Manage project tracking, risks, and milestones, providing reporting for leadership dashboards.
• Coordinate across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to resolve blockers and risks.
• Collaborate with the VP of CS to refine PMO tooling, templates, and reporting infrastructure.
• Design and maintain onboarding and continuous learning systems for the Customer Success team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in high-growth software, consulting, or enterprise technology.
• Proven track record of running large-scale enterprise software deployments or transformation programs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex risks into clear narratives for senior leadership.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Fibery, Jira, or Asana.
• Fluent English is required.
• Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid).

• Experience within the infrastructure or energy sector.
• Proficiency in other European languages.
