Salary: $274,000–$456,600 annual base salary, plus a 30% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Define and communicate the Internal Medicine strategy across obesity and metabolic disease, migraine and pain, and cardiovascular areas.
• Lead global portfolio management for drug, data, and AI investments, including governance, portfolio reviews, health checks, dashboards, and reporting.
• Establish objective frameworks for business-case evaluation, investment decisions, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Support pipeline development, phase-transition decisions, business development, M&A diligence, valuation, and strategic-fit assessments.
• Drive operational execution across timelines, budgets, program planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Lead and develop a global team while partnering with R&D, Commercial, Finance, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Manufacturing, Market Access, and other enterprise functions.

Requirements

• PhD, MD, or advanced degree in biomedical, life sciences, or a related field.
• Approximately 15+ years of experience in biopharma, life sciences, or healthcare, including significant drug development and commercialization experience.
• Leadership experience in corporate strategy, portfolio management, and/or business development.
• Deep understanding of Internal Medicine or broad therapeutic-area portfolio management.
• Strong financial, analytical, strategic, communication, and influencing skills in a highly matrixed global organization.
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States; U.S. work visa sponsorship is unavailable now and in the future.
