What you will do

• Serve as the primary relationship owner and day-to-day liaison between the company and contracted specialty pharmacy partners.
• Lead onboarding, readiness assessments, and operational alignment to support product launch and post-launch execution.
• Establish and govern pharmacy performance metrics, including patient access, service levels, and compliance indicators.
• Collaborate with Trade Contracting, Patient Services, and Medical Affairs to ensure a high-quality patient and provider experience.
• Ensure pharmacy operations adhere to REMS, federal and state regulations, and internal company policies.
• Provide strategic insights to senior leadership to inform access strategies and channel optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Significant experience managing specialty pharmacy relationships and operational execution.
• Strong understanding of REMS programs and controlled or limited distribution models.
• Must have employment rights in the US; the company cannot sponsor employment visas.
• Ability to operate effectively in a pre-launch or early commercialization environment.

• Prior experience working in a small or mid-size biotechnology organization.
• Experience interfacing closely with patient services or hub models.
