What you will do

• Partner with the VP of Small Business to define and monitor portfolio OKRs aligned with corporate strategy.
• Drive distribution strategy through national partners and independent agencies to expand market reach.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Underwriting, Marketing, and IT to reduce friction and enhance customer experience.
• Develop analytics to identify profitable growth trends and guide investment decisions.
• Oversee the implementation of digital and omni-channel capabilities to support agents and policyholders.
• Communicate strategic progress and outcomes to leadership and field teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
• 5+ years of experience in small commercial lines or leading sales/underwriting marketing teams.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze complex data.
• Proven leadership capability with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• College degree preferred.
