What you will do

• Design and run the company's execution rhythm, including operating reviews, cross-functional planning, and accountability systems.
• Own end-to-end customer implementations for suppliers, health systems, and payors with a focus on predictable timelines.
• Transform customer support into a proactive service model to materially improve clinician retention and enterprise escalation management.
• Partner with the Chief AI officer to embed AI and automation throughout operating functions to scale volume with sublinear headcount.
• Act as the primary integrator for the CEO, absorbing internal orchestration load to allow focus on product and market strategy.
• Oversee the People function on an interim basis until a Chief People Officer is seated.

Requirements

• Proven experience building operating cadences and delivery engines at scale within SaaS, network, or healthcare-technology businesses.
• Deep expertise in owning customer delivery, support, or client operations, ideally including a successful turnaround.
• Track record of scaling support and delivery volume using production-ready AI and automation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US; the company does not sponsor employment authorization.
• High-EQ orchestrator capable of managing specialized executives and owning outcomes through indirect leadership.
