What you will do

• Lead the cross-functional Global Asset Team and define the asset vision, strategy, goals, and priorities.
• Develop integrated strategies covering clinical development, manufacturing, regulatory, market access, commercial activities, and lifecycle management.
• Oversee execution, operational excellence, critical milestones, risk mitigation, and long-term asset value creation.
• Represent the asset with executive leadership, governance committees, health authorities, healthcare professionals, patients, scientific communities, and strategic partners.
• Plan resource requirements and challenge investment allocation across functions to maximize asset value.
• Build high-performing global matrix teams and mobilize resources through influence, collaboration, and authentic leadership.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in medical or life sciences, such as an MD or PhD; an MBA is also relevant.
• At least 5 years of global project leadership experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical environments.
• Experience leading complex global matrix teams and influencing without formal authority.
• Cross-functional experience spanning clinical development, clinical operations, commercial, market access, regulatory, safety, medical affairs, and project management.
• Deep understanding of oncology and its competitive landscape, with strong scientific networks preferred.
• Board certification in oncology or hematology is highly valued for physician candidates.
