What you will do

• Design organization-wide strategies for clinical outcome metrics to enhance member care at scale.
• Manage performance against operating KPIs and clinical outcomes in collaboration with Product, Tech, and Clinical teams.
• Leverage BI platforms to identify performance drivers and resolve barriers to success.
• Translate complex operational goals into daily workflows for frontline teams.
• Guide initiatives from the pilot phase through full-scale implementation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in high-ownership operator roles driving performance improvement in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Proven track record of influencing outcomes across organizational levels and building consensus.
• Ability to map cross-functional processes and refine complex workflows.
• Must be based in the USA

• Experience mastering intricate subject matter quickly in complex domains.
• Pragmatic approach to AI and experience using LLMs for prompt engineering.
