Business Data Associate (Fintech)

Location: New York, New York, United States; flexible remote or in-office work model

Salary: $75,000–$80,000 base salary per year, plus eligibility for a quarterly commission bonus

What you will do

• Enter, interpret, analyze, and maintain financial data and databases.
• Develop data collection systems and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide real-time customer support for the LevPro platform and answer product and implementation questions.
• Demonstrate the product, configure software for clients, and develop user guides.
• Contribute to client onboarding and implementations while gathering requirements and customer feedback.
• Develop and monitor project metrics and support customer experience improvements.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail, curiosity, and a growth mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate asynchronously with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to constructively challenge senior colleagues.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience; fixed income or leveraged credit experience is preferred.
• Technical expertise in Excel and other data frameworks, including ChatGPT or similar tools.
