What you will do

• Manage backend data processes, including data entry, cleansing, and maintaining databases.
• Develop and optimize data collection systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide real-time customer support, conduct product demonstrations, and create user guides.
• Support client onboarding and implementations to understand workflows and build rapport with stakeholders.
• Analyze data and solicit client feedback to inform internal product development.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a growth mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate asynchronously across teams.
• 1-2 years of experience in Fixed Income or Leveraged Credit (preferred).
• Technical proficiency in Excel and data frameworks.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
