What you will do

• Conduct high-volume outbound phone and SMS outreach to engage members in medication adherence and health support programs.
• Build trust through empathetic conversations to identify and resolve barriers to care.
• Enroll eligible members into pharmacy, financial assistance, and care support programs.
• Coordinate with providers, pharmacies, and clinical teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Schedule medical appointments for high-risk members.
• Use AI-assisted tools and internal knowledge resources to provide accurate member information.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required
• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume customer-facing, outreach, or support role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex information compassionately.
• Comfortable spending most of the workday on outbound phone calls in a metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and workflows while adapting to changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, Medicare Advantage, or care coordination.
• Previous experience working in a remote environment.
