What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members, providers, and pharmacies via phone, chat, and email.
• Resolve inquiries related to benefit design, formulary coverage, medication costs, and prior authorization.
• Assist network pharmacies in processing and reviewing prescription claims for accuracy.
• Support clinical pharmacists with patient outreach, appointment scheduling, and program enrollment.
• Document all interactions accurately in internal systems to ensure quality assurance and compliance.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to efficiently manage inquiries and deliver a consistent member experience.

Requirements

• Active/Current National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB, NHA) required.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a pharmacy technician in a health plan, retail pharmacy, TPA, or PBM contact center.
• Working knowledge of pharmacy claims adjudication, benefit design, and PBM terminology.
• Ability to multitask across phone, chat, and email queues.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on root cause problem solving.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
