What you will do

• Own end-to-end hiring for SDR, Account Executive, and GTM Associate roles across London and Europe.
• Manage interview logistics, candidate pipelines, feedback collection, and progress across time zones.
• Partner with the co-founder to define hiring priorities and establish GTM recruiting practices for the regional market.
• Build hirify.global’s employer brand and relationships with GTM talent in London and Europe.
• Deliver a clear, prompt, and high-quality candidate experience.
• Identify recruiting inefficiencies and implement scalable operational improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication, judgment, and ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple roles, candidates, and timelines simultaneously.
• Experience with ATS platforms and modern productivity tools; Ashby experience is preferred.
• Comfort working across time zones and with senior stakeholders, including a co-founder.
• Professional English communication is required.
