What you will do

• Own end-to-end hiring for backend, mobile, desktop, infrastructure, and product engineering roles.
• Build talent pipelines from scratch using direct sourcing, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Drive hiring decisions based on clear signals and redesign interview questions and scorecards to raise the hiring bar.
• Optimize recruitment processes to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
• Enhance employer presence through strategic content, messaging, and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
• Track record of closing roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong sourcing ability to generate pipelines independently of inbound applications.
• Deep judgment in identifying high-quality engineering talent beyond resumes and brand names.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with speed and consistency.
