What you will do

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process for GTM roles in Japan, with a primary focus on Solutions Consultants.
• Operate autonomously through sourcing, screening, and closing to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Partner with Japan leadership to define role profiles, align interview plans, and establish scorecards.
• Utilize internal hiring metrics and external market data to provide strategic recommendations to leaders.
• Drive diversity and inclusion strategies to maintain a balanced and inclusive candidate funnel.
• Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines for priority GTM roles within the Japanese market.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth in-house environments or agency roles with IT/SaaS sales focus.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing exceptional GTM talent based in Tokyo.
• Fluency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage and influence leadership stakeholders and coach hiring managers.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Must be located in Tokyo, Japan for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience managing the end-to-end hiring process at global SaaS companies.
• Experience managing candidates and roles across regions outside of Japan.
