GTM Recruiter (AI): Managing the full recruiting lifecycle for the Go-to-Market (GTM) organization, partnering with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships to hire exceptional talent that drives the business forward. Focus on defining role strategy, designing world-class candidate experiences, and delivering outstanding hires across global markets.

Location: This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.

What you will do

• Full-cycle recruiting for a broad range of GTM roles, from early-stage hires to strategic senior leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
• Partner with GTM leadership to refine role requirements, set hiring strategy, and identify key success signals.
• Collaborate with GTM Sourcers to build and execute strategic sourcing plays, including market mapping and targeted pipelines.
• Design and manage candidate pipelines across global time zones.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, providing market insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Represent hirify.global externally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle GTM recruiting in high-growth technology environments (3+ years preferred).
• A track record of closing high-caliber talent in Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, or Revenue Operations.
• Comfortable managing high volume, complex roles with multiple search priorities.
• Strong partnership skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced, remote-first environments.

Nice to have

• Regional specialization or experience recruiting in one or more of these high-growth markets: Brazil, Spanish-speaking LATAM, Middle East, South Asia, East Asia, Australia/New Zealand (ANZ).
• Deep networks, language capabilities, and cultural fluency in these regions.
