GTM Recruiter (AI): Running full-cycle recruiting for high-volume GTM roles across Sales Development, Corporate, Mid-Market, and Partnerships teams with an accent on shaping hiring strategies and delivering world-class candidate experiences. Remote-first (can be executed from anywhere), candidates based in New York City strongly preferred. Option to work from New York office.

What you will do

  • Run full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles including Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Revenue Partnerships.
  • Partner with GTM leadership to refine role requirements, set hiring strategies, and identify key success signals.
  • Design and manage candidate pipelines emphasizing efficiency, transparency, and high-touch experiences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams with market insights, benchmarks, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Represent hirify.global externally, bringing brand and values to life in every candidate interaction.

Requirements

  • Full-cycle GTM recruiting experience for a high-growth startup, with track record closing quota-carrying sales roles.
  • Able to manage high-volume and complex searches across multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong partner to hiring leaders—influence with clarity, data, and operational rigor.
  • Exceptional communicator—craft compelling narratives and deliver high-touch experiences for candidates and stakeholders.
  • Preference for this role to be based in New York City.
