What you will do

• Lead end-to-end executive search and senior-level hiring across robotics, manufacturing, and operations.
• Execute complex headhunting and market mapping for hard-to-fill, business-critical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define success profiles and hiring strategies.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies using AI tools and deep industry networks.
• Act as lead closer, managing offer strategies, stakeholder alignment, and candidate negotiations.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation benchmarks and the competitor landscape.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Recruiter or Executive Search Consultant.
• Strong background in executive search and headhunting for leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success hiring within Robotics, AI, Automation, Automotive, or Advanced Manufacturing.
• Expertise in direct sourcing, market mapping, and engaging passive candidates.
• Strong ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with modern recruitment tools, including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
