What you will do

• Support end-to-end hiring for SDRs and GTM Associates across multiple regions.
• Coordinate interviews across time zones and keep recruiting processes moving without delays.
• Serve as a primary candidate contact and deliver clear, timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in Ashby, track feedback, and manage pipeline progress.
• Conduct reference checks, synthesize insights, and occasionally support initial candidate screens.
• Partner with GTM leadership to improve recruiting processes and build scalable hiring infrastructure.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting, or recruiting operations.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple roles, candidates, and timelines.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Experience with ATS tools; Ashby experience is preferred.
• Comfort working across time zones and with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site in New York City.
