What you will do

• Own the candidate experience from start to finish, ensuring a welcoming and professional process.
• Coordinate high-volume phone, video, and on-site interviews across multiple calendars.
• Partner with the Head of Recruiting to identify and implement process improvements.
• Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for candidates throughout the scheduling process.
• Manage ATS (Ashby) and scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Zoom) to ensure operational efficiency.
• Support special projects related to talent, culture, and HR.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in talent coordination or administrative support within a high-growth company.
• Must be based in New York City (On-site).
• Expertise in calendar management (Google Calendar) and virtual meeting tools (Zoom).
• Experience utilizing and optimizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Ashby.
• Exceptional organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail.
• Ability to pivot quickly and operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
