Location: Onsite leadership role based in Manhattan, New York, United States.
Salary: $246,000–$307,000, plus car allowance, fuel card, and annual incentive program.

What you will do
- Set and execute the branch strategy, operating plan, and long-term growth priorities.
- Own P&L performance, revenue, EBIT, margins, cash flow, working capital, backlog, and profitability.
- Lead commercial growth, pricing, retention, market share, customer relationships, and major contract decisions.
- Oversee safe and efficient execution across Service, Repair, Modernization, and New Installation.
- Build leadership capability through workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and organizational development.
- Partner with corporate functions, customers, labor partners, and industry stakeholders to align branch execution with enterprise goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent executive experience considered.
- Executive leadership experience in the elevator industry or a related construction, industrial services, building systems, or manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading large-scale, multi-functional operations with full P&L responsibility and significant revenue, workforce, and customer portfolios.
- Strong financial, commercial, operational, communication, and organizational development capabilities.
- Experience managing both union and non-union organizations, including IUEC collective bargaining agreements.
- Knowledge of elevator operations, OSHA regulations, elevator codes, employment law, labor regulations, and applicable compliance requirements.
Nice to have
- MBA or another advanced business-related degree.
- Direct executive leadership experience in the elevator industry.
